Join Our Team: Supporter Experience Team Leader at St Gemma’s Hospice
Are you ready to lead a passionate, dedicated team making a real difference? We have an incredible opportunity for a Supporter Experience Team Leader to join St Gemma’s Hospice, one of Yorkshire's leading and most loved hospices. This is your chance to help us provide exceptional care and support to our generous donors and supporters, all while leading a dynamic team on a mission to make an impact.
As the Team Leader, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our donors feel appreciated and valued. You'll work closely with the Fundraising Team to ensure that donations are processed smoothly and that our supporters’ details are up-to-date and accurate in our fundraising database. This role will see you taking the lead in overseeing our brand-new Supporter Hub, providing expert guidance and assistance to visitors who are eager to contribute to our cause.
If you’re someone with a background in supporter experience or customer service, and you’re passionate about making a positive impact, this is the role for you. Your leadership and dedication will help us create lasting connections with our supporters, ensuring they receive the very best in recognition and care as we continue to serve the people of Leeds and their families during some of their toughest moments.
