We are looking to disrupt the market with these innovative lifestyle brands, and we need a talented Freelance Creative Ads Manager to help us make an impact. This role starts as a 3-month contract with the potential to transition into a full-time position, offering the opportunity to grow alongside our brand portfolio. Role Overview: We’re seeking an experienced and visionary Creative Ads Manager with a flair for storytelling and a deep understanding of digital advertising. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a startup environment and is passionate about bringing new brands to life through engaging, high-converting ad creatives. You will be responsible for leading the creative strategy, managing the production of ad assets, and ensuring brand consistency across Meta, TikTok, and email campaigns. You’ll work closely with freelance video editors, graphic designers, copywriters, and micro-influencers to create thumb-stopping content that resonates with our target audience. This role will primarily focus on Sips and Gloat, but you will also have the opportunity to work on other exciting upcoming brands as we continue to expand our portfolio under the Curated Sourcing umbrella. Key Responsibilities: • Creative Strategy & Planning: • Develop and execute creative ad strategies tailored for Meta, TikTok, and email marketing. • Brainstorm and conceptualise 3-4 core creative themes per campaign, aligned with brand messaging. Ad Creative Production: • Write clear and compelling creative briefs for freelancers, ensuring they deliver on-brand and high-quality assets. • Oversee the production of a variety of ad formats, including short-form videos, static images, carousels, animated GIFs, and email templates. • Team Coordination & Management: • Leverage Existing Network: Utilise an established network of trusted freelance creatives (video editors, graphic designers, and copywriters) they have worked with before to deliver high-quality ad creatives efficiently. • Source and Onboard New Talent: If necessary, source additional creative experts while maintaining high standards and brand consistency. • Collaborate with micro-influencers to produce authentic user-generated content (UGC) and repurpose it for paid ads. • Performance Optimisation & Reporting: • Monitor ad performance metrics (CTR, Conversion Rate, ROAS) and adjust creatives accordingly. • Conduct A/B testing to identify top-performing ad creatives and optimise for scalability. • Cross-Channel Integration: • Ensure consistent brand messaging across Meta, TikTok, and email campaigns. • Repurpose high-performing social creatives for email marketing to maintain brand cohesion. Skills & Qualifications: • Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar role, preferably within e-commerce or lifestyle brands. • Expertise: • Proven track record of delivering high-performing ad creatives on Meta and TikTok. • Deep understanding of creative trends, platform algorithms, and consumer behaviours. • Creative Skills: Strong storytelling abilities and an eye for visually compelling content. • Analytical Skills: Data-driven approach with experience in A/B testing and performance analysis. • Project Management: Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple freelancers and projects simultaneously. • Network of Creative Experts: Must have an established network of trusted freelancers (video editors, graphic designers, and copywriters) who can be engaged to produce high-quality ad creatives. • Portfolio Requirement: Must be able to share a comprehensive portfolio of previous work, showcasing successful ad creatives, particularly on Meta and TikTok. • Communication: Exceptional communication and leadership skills to effectively brief and collaborate with remote teams. Salary :£35k-£40k bonus Hours: 8am to 5pm monday to Friday
