Glasgow or Milton Keynes (hybrid) We are seeking an experienced Compliance Monitoring Manager to join this high-profile bank's team at the forefront of risk and compliance management. This is a full-time hybrid role will be a mixture of working from home and the Glasgow (or Milton Keynes) offices. Skills and experience we are looking for: You will have a strong regulatory background gained ideally in 2nd line assurance, but a 3rd line Internal Audit environment would be good too. Your knowledge will include the FCA Handbook, Consumer Duty, and the Retail Banking regulatory landscape, also strong risk perception and identification skills, with proficiency in escalation management and producing high-quality reports. What the role entails: As a Compliance Monitoring Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping and delivering the compliance monitoring strategy and will drive the development and implementation of automated assurance and data-led testing processes. You will also design and lead comprehensive reviews to identify risk themes, potential customer harm, and root causes, while highlighting positive outcomes and best practices. In addition, you will manage and mentor review teams, ensuring accountability for scoping, testing, and reporting on key compliance issues.
