Job Title: Volunteer and Work Experience Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and flexible individual to join our team as a Volunteer and Work Experience Coordinator. This role is responsible for managing volunteers and work experience placements, ensuring a smooth and productive experience for all parties involved.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and coordinate volunteer placements and work experience opportunities
* Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses and organizations to secure work experience placements
* Provide excellent customer service to volunteers and work experience students
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
Requirements:
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Flexibility to work 2 days per week in our Sudbury office
* Proven experience in a similar role or relevant industry
