The role Join our dynamic team at the Bradfield Development Authority as a Senior Records and Information Management Analyst. In this pivotal role, you will provide expert strategic and operational advice on records and information management, ensuring compliance with the State Records Act 1998. You will be instrumental in developing and implementing the long-term information management strategy and the EDRMS platform, Objective to support our business operations. Your expertise will guide the development of records and information management standards and practices, including setting up file/folder structures and categorizing documents for DLM security classification. As a Senior Records and Information Management Analyst, you will maintain and execute the Authority’s information strategy and roadmap, supporting core services of analysis, advice, and management of records and information. You will implement efficient and secure information management systems, processes, and practices. Your role includes defining, developing, and communicating data classification standards and taxonomies, providing expert advice and training in records management, and undertaking file migrations. You will also lead records and EDRMS projects, ensuring compliance with internal risk and legislative governance requirements.
