Our client, based in Bristol, are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Officer to join their team. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to earn a competitive salary and be a key player. The role requires you to build great relationships with our clients' customers to respond proactively to any concerns and requests about products and services in a timely manner. Duties (will include, but not limited to): Arrange and attend regular meetings with customers Work closely with the production team to ensure a smooth process from start to finish (taking of order through to payment) Turnover to budget chased monthly and review customer performance Regular communication with customers to chase outstanding orders on their behalf, and equally, to follow up on payments owed to our client. Develop excellent working relationships with all departments to ensure a great customer experience, ensuring product availability and managing stock levels Experience Required: Proven experience in a sale environment, or an account management which may have included an element of sales Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively manage customer relationships Excellent administration skills Hours of Work: Working Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm (early finish available on a Friday) Salary: Competitive salary, depending on experience.
