As a Customer Success Specialist, you’ll be the go-to person for our members—helping them get the most value from their HazardCo subscription. You’ll build strong relationships, provide expert advice, and make sure they’re set up for long-term success. It’s all about driving engagement, boosting retention, and ensuring our members feel supported every step of the way.
What You’ll Be Doing:
✅ Delivering top-notch customer experiences that drive renewals, referrals, and revenue
✅ Proactively engaging with members via phone—offering support, guidance, and tailored solutions
✅ Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to help members maximise their use of HazardCo
✅ Managing inbound enquiries with a friendly, solutions-focused approach
✅ Keeping our Salesforce setup optimised—creating templates, dashboards, and reports to drive efficiency
✅ Coordinating Hazard Board orders and ensuring a smooth logistics process
✅ Refining and enhancing UK-specific policies and procedures
✅ Tracking trends and sharing insights to continuously improve the customer experience
✅ Collaborating with sales, marketing, and product teams to keep things running smoothly
What Success Looks Like:
You meet or exceed key customer adoption, engagement, and retention targets
Your support helps drive positive NPS scores and renewal rates
You work seamlessly with the UK team, taking an agile approach to prioritising tasks
Your clear, articulate communication ensures accuracy and a top-tier customer experience
You build strong relationships across the business, making teamwork effortless
