The Role\n\nWe’re looking for a dedicated, creative, and organised Learning Support Practitioner to support prisoners in their educational journey. In this role, you’ll work closely with tutors and instructors, delivering tailored educational support to learners, particularly those with neurodiverse needs and literacy challenges. Through individualised support plans, reading interventions, and the promotion of positive, restorative practices, you’ll be essential to fostering motivation, engagement, and inclusivity within our programmes.\n\nPurpose of the Role: As a Learning Support Practitioner, you’ll help learners overcome literacy barriers, build reading skills, and work towards personal and employment goals.
You’ll monitor progress, make adjustments, and ensure that each learner has the tools they need to succeed in an inclusive learning environment.
