YOUR ROLE
Our team based in Ashby de la Zouch is looking for a Payroll Administrator where you will be responsible for setting up and managing time and attendance, providing reports to stakeholders and payroll administration.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Reporting into the Payroll Account Manager, you will:
* Manage the payroll system (ResourceLink), ensuring accurate data entry and updates.
* Configure and maintain the Time & Attendance system to meet business needs.
* Process new starters, changes, and leavers.
* Support and train line managers on payroll systems to reduce errors.
* Handle payroll elements such as pensions, car allowances, and healthcare.
* Act as the first point of contact for Line Managers to assist with data maintenance on the system (Promark).
* Prepare monthly finance reports and ad hoc HR reports.
* Assist with salary increase calculations and implementation.
* Support the Payroll Manager with TUPE and acquisitions setup.
* Ensure compliance and provide documentation for internal and external audits.
* Have a good understanding of policies that affect payroll.
This role will see you working Monday to Friday, 08:30-17:00.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in a payroll role and a strong understanding of payroll processes. You will be numerate with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. You will be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
