We're currently recruiting for a Portfolio Business Development Manager on a hybrid basis SALARY: Upto £40K with realistic OTE of £80K Stable, long term career with a leading national business 20 days holiday plus bank holiday Company vehicle - this can also be used for private use Company pension (4% matched, 5% after a year of service) Employee Referral Scheme (£1,000) Responsibilities: • Introduce new customers into the business and have the capability to be self-sufficient. • Visit customer sites to carry out maintenance surveys and interpret client requirements correctly. • Produce customer maintenance quotations and pricing documents in line with the company standards, this includes in assisting with customer renewals where applicable. • Follow up on quoted works with a view to close in a timely manner. • Maintain and develop existing client relationships and accounts. • Establish relationships with new clients, focused on portfolio and services growth. • Assist the estimating team on large portfolio opportunities. • Prepare reports for the sales management team. Essential Experience and Professional Qualification Requirements: Computer skills incl. of all Microsoft applications are essential. Competent communicator being able to present to one to many.
