The ideal Sociology Teacher will:
* Hold QTS (or equivalent) and a relevant degree.
* Have experience teaching at secondary level (including teaching practice).

* Be skilled in lesson planning, resource development, and assessment.
* Demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Feel confident teaching Sociology to A-Level.
