What you’ll do
This role is an exciting role at the heart of our Business Marketing team, focused on enabling sales to win the big deals. This role will craft engaging Account Based and Deal Based Marketing plans, with a high focus on pipeline generation and large TCV.
Working with our Corporate, Critical Infrastructure, Health and Enterprise sales teams, this role will analyse the deal roadmap and craft effective marketing activation to drive engagement into target accounts. Furthermore, when we’re working on specific, transformational deals – this role will step in and support with marketing activity to improve our chances of winning.
Activities may range from developing some targeted vertical thought leadership to creating marketing assets such as executive summaries, videos, presentations to support a tender or briefing the creation of a digital marketing journey to capture leads from one customer. There will be opportunities to put your own stamp on our marketing activity, and come up with bespoke activation to engage and win specific accounts
This role is perfect for someone that loves the thrill of a deal and can use a wide range of marketing techniques to engage different stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be a passionate marketeer who wants to develop a more commercial and sales mindset.
Who you are
1. Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and Media Platforms.
2. Experience of business marketing.
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor messages and style to different audiences and channels.
4. Has great interpersonal skills which allows you to build effective relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
5. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
6. An inquisitive mindset that likes to get to the bottom of the ‘so what’ for our customers.
7. Marketing / CIM qualification a benefit, but not mandatory.
