We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Chemistry Teacher to join their dynamic science department. This is an exciting opportunity to teach and inspire students across different key stages, fostering a love for chemistry and developing their scientific skills. Duties as a Chemistry Teacher:
* Plan and deliver engaging and challenging lessons in Chemistry across Key Stages 3,4 and 5.
* Foster a stimulating learning environment that supports all students in achieving their potential.
* Use innovative teaching methods and practical experiments to enhance student understanding.
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and refine the chemistry curriculum.
* Support extracurricular activities, such as science clubs, competitions, or field trips.
* Uphold the school’s safeguarding policies, ensuring the welfare of all students.
Ideal Chemistry Teacher:
* Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and has experience teaching Chemistry.
* Has a strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for chemistry education.
* Is an effective communicator with the ability to engage and inspire students.
* Demonstrates excellent classroom management and differentiation skills as a Chemistry Teacher.
* Works collaboratively with colleagues to support the wider science department.
* Is committed to continuous professional development and innovation in teaching.
