The Role
As a Paralegal in our Commercial Property department, you will work closely with solicitors to provide essential support on a range of property matters. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with prior experience in commercial property law to advance their career within a supportive and ambitious firm.
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting with the management of commercial property transactions, including sales, purchases, leases, and refinancing.
* Conducting title investigations and preparing reports.
* Drafting and reviewing legal documents, such as contracts and leases.
* Undertaking Land Registry searches and applications.
* Liaising with clients, solicitors, and third parties to progress cases effectively.
* Maintaining accurate case management records and ensuring deadlines are met.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will have:
* Proven experience as a Paralegal in commercial property law.
* Strong understanding of property transactions and procedures.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* A proactive approach and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Desirable
* Completion of a recognised legal qualification
* Experience using case management systems.
