We're looking for an IT Security Risk Analyst to join our ever-evolving IT Security team to help us unleash the potential of every business.

About the Team
Our Product and Technology teams are the driving force behind the game-changing products and digital experiences we're known for. They continuously strive for better, delivering impactful innovations that power transactions globally.
The CISO Office supports the critical business needs of the CISO team by providing essential functions in financial and work management oversight, capacity, resourcing, strategic efficiency, and insights.
What You'll Own
1. Coordinate discrete packages of work, such as operational tasks, staffing/resourcing, or executive reporting.
2. Develop and own specific business processes/governance frameworks (e.g., Staffing Management for the CISO organization of ~200 staff).
3. Use data modelling techniques to identify ways to improve organizational effectiveness.
4. Communicate with senior stakeholders to gather requirements and convey insights and proposals.
5. Formulate strategies to improve business effectiveness by streamlining critical processes related to staffing, procurement, budgets, etc.
6. Persuade internal and external stakeholders of the benefits of new ways of working and improved processes.
7. Oversee the implementation of new processes and approaches.
8. Explore alternative solutions, assessing their risks, benefits, and impacts.
9. Propose solutions to stakeholders and keep them updated on progress.
10. Create technical and process documentation to outline proposed changes and steps involved.
11. Ensure changes are successfully implemented according to requirements.
12. Contribute to training and support for those affected by new systems and processes.

What You Bring
1. Advanced skills in distilling requirements and articulating them verbally and in writing.
2. Advanced skills in managing and organizing complex data sets.
3. Advanced knowledge of building complex data models in Excel and supporting applications (complex formulas, macros, pivot table analysis, etc.).
4. Ability to compile executive summary presentations of data insights, observations, and proposals.
5. Strong interpersonal skills and confidence to lead data gathering and execution workshops, with clear outcomes and progress communicated throughout.
6. Ability to question, check, and evaluate information and sources to determine the best path forward.
7. Skill in identifying and separating key components of problems and situations.
8. Ability to manipulate and interpret information from multiple sources to spot patterns and trends.
9. Capability to generate a range of creative solutions, evaluate them, and choose the most appropriate option.
10. Willingness to share information and support team members and the wider organization.
11. Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI is preferred.
