Salary: £35,000 - £37,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Turner Programmer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will program, set, and operate a XYZ live tooling lathe with Siemens controls, ensuring precision and efficiency in producing high-quality components.
Key Responsibilities
Program, set, and operate the CNC XYZ live tooling lathe using Siemens controls.
Read and interpret engineering drawings to produce components to exact specifications.
Carry out routine maintenance and troubleshooting on the machine.
Optimize machining processes for efficiency and quality.
Perform quality checks to ensure components meet strict tolerances and customer standards.
Highly Beneficial Skills
Proven experience as a CNC Turner Programmer, particularly with Siemens controls.
Proficiency in cylindrical and surface grinding, including setup and operation of grinding machines.
Experience with conventional turning and milling techniques.
Knowledge of tooling selection and maintenance for various machining processes.
Required Qualifications and Experience
Time served or apprentice trained
Strong understanding of machining principles and best practices.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Keen attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
