The Role:
The Head of Global Client will be responsible for leading the success and growth of one of our most significant client accounts at Catalyx - across the globe.
This role requires a commercially savvy, strategic thinker with a proven track record of growing large, complex, multi-brand, matrix-structured client accounts across multiple geographic regions.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of innovation research and consultancy for consumer-facing brands, along with extensive experience in building and nurturing global client relationships. They should have a proven ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities. A background as a strategist or researcher, with a progression into a successful client leadership role, is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership:
* Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to grow the key client account across multiple regions.
* Identify and engage with the key client decision-makers, fostering strong relationships and positioning Catalyx as their preferred innovation consultancy partner.
* Lead and manage the European and US workstreams, ensuring alignment with overall business goals, targets and objectives.
* Foster a high-performance culture by providing coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
