This role can offer hybrid working of circa 3-4 days office and 1-2 days home per week. Client Details Interim HR Advisor 3 month interim with possible scope for permanent Central Birmingham Hybrid working Description The role of Interim HR Advisor will work closely alongside a team of HR Business Partners and HR Director to support with a wide range of duties including but not limited to: Update and maintain HR system (Workday) Take responsible for HR data and reports Support with low-level employee relations casework Support the team with HR project work Support with HR Administration tasks Profile Ideal candidates for this role will be available to start at short notice, you will have a generalist HR Advisor ideally with a strength in maintaining HR systems and HR data projects. Knowledge of Workday is beneficial but not essential Job Offer Up to circa £40k 3 months interim with scope for extension Hybrid working
