Job summary St Johns House Medical Centre, Worcester is looking for a qualified or trainee advanced clinical practitioner (ACP) to join our practice team to help shape our future growth. We have strong connections to our PCN, with a great multi-generational patient population. For trainees, if you have experience in this field and are currently/soon to be engaged with e-portfolio supported route for Advanced Practice or in 2nd year of ACP, we would love to hear from you. The Practice List size of 13,800 An innovative and supportive team, comprising of two partners, six GPs, two trainee ACPs, two practice pharmacists, three nurses, two HCAs, a practice manager, an assistant practice manager, reception managers, receptionists, administrators and secretaries. The Practice is consistently benchmarked as high performing in ICB and PCN contracts across a range of indicators, including referrals and prescribing. Bi-weekly MDT with social and community care.
