We have a track record of placing people in this company over the last 11 years across the UK, and every single person (24!) is still there, with 7 of these being promoted into management or projects. This offers the opportunity to be trained on unique equipment, which will undoubtedly further your career.
And WOW, what a package! You will earn £49k in your first year with on-call and overtime - as well as BUPA, vehicle, iPhone, etc. This makes it a very unique opportunity.
Our client:
We have worked with major electrical players in the world over the years, and this organization has historically attracted the most interest from candidates. A multinational company present in every continent apart from Antarctica, they are organically growing in the UK, expanding by 25% in the last 4 years, giving it a unique feel.
They manufacture their own electrical equipment for numerous sectors across the world and train new staff around such complex equipment, which will be new to your skill set.
The role itself:
This company has a team of service and commissioning engineers across the UK who service and commission their equipment. Due to growth, they are looking to bring in another team member to carry out these duties.
You will be trained on all their equipment in a customer-facing role, usually working with directors of client companies and building relationships. The role is home-based, allowing you to plan and manage your own days - providing real autonomy!
About you:
We typically look to place electrical professionals who want to develop their skillset on bigger, more complex equipment or for those who have hit a 'glass ceiling' in their current roles. You MUST hold a JIB Gold card for this role - this is essential. We are looking for someone with industrial/commercial experience, first-class customer service skills, and a strong desire to develop their career.
What next:
If this opportunity appeals to you, send your CV through, and I will be happy to discuss this in more detail.
