Junior Accounts Administrator

£22,000-£25,000 per annum
We are working with a Littleport based company seeking a Junior AccountsAdministrator to provide support to their Finance and Sales departments.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Process customer sales orders and monitor stock levels
* Raise customer invoices and generate dispatch order confirmations
* Raise Purchase Orders
* Handle data inputting, filing, photocopying, and scanning
* Manage online orders
* Prepare reports in Excel as required
* Reconcile Deal Profits with the Sales Manager on a weekly basis.
* Liaise and communicate with internal personnel, customers, and suppliers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Good standard of education
* Proficiency in IT-based applications, including Microsoft Office
* Office / administration experience would be advantageous
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
* Ability to work under supervision and independently manage workload.
