The role will be based in a remarkable office environment, as part of a focused yet friendly team. You should be positive and enthusiastic, with a proven successful track record and the ability to perform well under pressure. A full UK driving licence and a car is required.

Hours
Monday to Friday 8:45am – 6pm, Saturday 9am – 5pm (day off in lieu during the week)
About the role
1. East London
2. Qualifying potential tenants
3. Registering applicants
4. Identify tenants' needs and match them to suitable properties
5. Deliver the highest level of customer service to Landlords and Tenants
6. Booking and attending viewings
7. Negotiating terms with Landlords
8. Manage and update applicants on all properties
9. Negotiate where instructed any offer between Landlord and Tenants
10. Achieve all daily and weekly targets
11. Attend listing appointments and help win business

Our clients are looking to pay this Senior Sales Negotiator a basic salary of £20,000- £22,000 per annum, with an OTE circa £55,000 to £60,000 per annum.
