Key Responsibilities:
General
● Constantly stay ahead of social shifts to remain innovative, adapting trends to keep brands at the forefront of conversations and formats.
● Develop strategies & plans for clients' pages, setting targets in line with their overall business goals.
● Preparation of monthly reports for clients, analysing changes to be made month to month to keep growing the accounts.
● Attending client meetings to ensure communication is at the forefront of what we do and the client experience is of the highest quality.
● Managing projects, deadlines & tasks for multiple campaigns, clients and projects.
Content
● Crafting creative copy for brand accounts in-line with relevant tone and key messaging.
● Generate creative ideas for clients' social pages, staying current with new social media trends.
● Creation and editing of high-quality, engaging, and on-brand content for all social media platforms.
● Work on and deliver social media campaigns and content shoots, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
● Take ownership of brand social channels, planning daily, weekly, and monthly focuses around key subjects, launches, and offers.
● Produce in-house social media assets and create engaging graphics for social media
● Coordinate content shoots for clients, including creating briefs and liaising with photographers and videographers.
● Organise regular organic content days for clients to maintain a bank of content for their social pages.

● A strong working knowledge of the social media landscape, the wider communications landscape and your client’s business.
What You’ll Have:
● 2+ year’s experience in a creative marketing role and a strong understanding of social media platforms.
