A1 Personnel are currently recruiting for a Commercial Administrator on behalf of our client based, a leading construction company based in Basildon.
Main duties:
Monitor the Contacts and Info email inbox ensuring that all emails are acknowledged / actioned / allocated to the correct person
Answer incoming calls and assist the client as necessary, always welcome new business enquiries
Set up new leads/quotes onto simPRO with full contact telephone numbers, email addresses, office/site addresses and post codes
Chasing estimators and clients regarding new leads/quotes to convert them into new business
Schedule and confirm site surveys: allocate to the team 2-3 days in advance update in relevant calendars - allocating sufficient travel time between each appointment
Get site packs ready: ensuring that drawings detail the specific areas being surveyed
Set up SLACK channel for new jobs and add relevant people
SLACK pull over the information i.e. photos, H&S information signed on site etc. and add them to the relevant job on simPRO
Send fitter certificates to clients when a job starts on site
Requirements:
Must have 2+ years administrative experience
Ideally have Construction industry experience or similar
Great communication and organisation skills
Confident telephone manner
Working hours/ Benefits:
Mon-Thu 8-5 / Fri 8-4 office based
20 days holiday + 8 bank holidays
