The Electronic Systems IT team: This is an administration position within the Rochester Local Support Team reporting to the IT Support Team Leader Working as part of a team who act as the first point of contact for all issues and seeing these through to conclusion. Onboarding new users, supporting them with IT Issues as well as ordering new equipment from suppliers, ensure leavers are executed correctly and all equipment is returned and repurposed where possible.
