Position Overview: We seek an experienced Area Manager to oversee five practices in Hertfordshire, ensuring compliance, operational efficiency, and excellent patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Compliance Management:
o Ensure adherence to CQC regulations and dental industry standards. Needs to be CQC registered for all 5 sites
o Conduct regular audits and implement corrective actions.
2. Operational Oversight:
o Manage daily operations, optimizing practice performance.
o Develop and enforce operational policies.
3. Staff Management:
o Lead and support practice managers and staff.
o Conduct performance reviews and organize training programs.
4. Financial Management:
o Oversee budgets, billing, and financial reporting.
o Implement cost-saving measures.
5. Patient Experience:
o Maintain high standards of patient care and satisfaction.
o Address and resolve patient complaints.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
• 5+ years in operations or compliance management in healthcare/dental.
• Knowledge of CQC regulations.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
