Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 - depending on experience
Bonus: £500 - £2000 bonus a month* not limited!
Hours/Days: Monday-Friday 08:30-17:30

The main responsibilities are:
1. Contact an existing customer base with the daily deals given to you via management.
2. Create your ‘own’ offers tailor-made to your customers' needs.
3. Collect customer debts.
4. Direct customer dealership potentials to the Field Sales Team.
5. Take incoming calls and process orders for colleagues.
6. Look after account queries providing customers with proof of deliveries or invoices as needed.
Requirements:
1. Experience in a telesales or customer service role is an advantage; however, full training will be given to the right candidate.
2. Must have computer and phone skill set.
3. Negotiation skills and the ability to resolve issues and address complaints are necessary.
4. Excellent communication skills.
