Job Overview
We are looking for two experienced, enthusiastic and flexible Lifeguards to support the Leisure Centre Manager.
Responsibilities
1. Support the Leisure Centre Manager in daily operations.
2. Ensure the safety of all leisure centre users.
3. Perform lifeguard duties during shifts.
4. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and order in the facility.
5. Respond to emergencies and administer first aid as necessary.
Schedule
Both roles are 20 hours per week, worked flexibly over a two-week shift pattern, to include some earlies/lates, some weekends and bank holidays. An enhanced hourly rate is payable when undertaking responsibility for a shift if the Manager/Assistant Manager is not on site.
