Resident Liaison Officer - Planned Maintenance

£27,000 - £33,000 + Package
Our client, a contractor based in the South East, is currently looking for an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to join their planned maintenance team.
They are based in Bromley and are carrying out internal and external planned maintenance to scattered properties. Works that are being delivered include kitchen and bathroom replacements, roof renewals, and window and door upgrades.
Within this role, day-to-day duties will include but are not limited to:
1. Being the point of contact when the client or tenant requires job updates.
2. Owning all complaints and ensuring that these are dealt with in a prompt and effective manner.
3. For longer planned works, keeping the tenant updated with progress and being available if there are any issues that arise.
4. Working with the Contract Manager & Site team to ensure that the client is informed of any issues and that any enquiries are dealt with.
5. Supporting the help-desk with emails that come in from sub-contractors and clients on a daily basis.
6. Visiting tenants when required.
7. Carrying out condition and customer satisfaction surveys.
8. Arranging and booking appointments/visits to properties.
My client is seeking someone with experience working as a Resident Liaison Officer, strong communication skills over the phone and face-to-face, and good IT skills. The ability to work within a team and independently is also desired.
