Our client is a leading practice in Cheltenham who offer a comprehensive range of legal services to both private clients and businesses. We are excited to announce an opportunity for an experienced and ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor, Associate, or Senior Associate to join their expanding commercial property team.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 4-5 years PQE and a strong enthusiasm for commercial property law. You will be keen to advance your career and have experience handling a diverse range of commercial property matters. Additionally, you will:
* Have a keen commercial acumen, applying legal knowledge to deliver practical, client-focused advice
* Be capable of managing a variety of commercial property cases independently, including leasehold, freehold, sales and purchases, commercial leases, refinance, and landlord and tenant issues, while also thriving in a team environment
* Exhibit excellent client care skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
* Demonstrate proven business development and networking abilities
* Possess strong IT and communication skills
This firm are known for progression, with many of their equity partners having started as trainees with the firm and progressed up to partner level.
