We are looking for an awesome Salesforce Developer to help us build a world-leading Salesforce agency for consumer-facing digital experiences.

What we’re looking for
A smart and creative Salesforce developer with good experience, an eye for detail and the ability to develop high-quality Salesforce applications that fulfil the requirements of our clients. You should have extensive experience with LWC’s and an interest in user interfaces, alongside a strong foundational knowledge of the Salesforce Platform.
You should care about quality, be naturally inquisitive and provide creative solutions to complex problems.
Responsibilities
* Developing high-quality, standards compliant Salesforce applications that meet the needs and requirements of our clients.
* Working with colleagues to identify and define excellent technical solutions to functional and technical challenges.
* Working to, maintaining and improving our development and technical standards.
* Supporting the development of colleagues through mentorship and, potentially, line management.
* Working within project teams to support the development objectives of particular client projects.
* Ensuring the effectiveness of our development operations and enacting changes to improve performance where necessary.
Experience
You should have at least 4 years of experience working as a Salesforce developer that allows you to demonstrate competency with:
DevOps:
* Git and GitHub (or similar)
* Package based development
* Scratch Orgs
* A CI tool
Programming:
* Apex
* HTML
* CSS
The Salesforce Platform:
* Metadata API
* Flow
* Experience Cloud
* Service Cloud
Qualifications
* A degree or equivalent relevant experience.
* Salesforce Platform Developer I.
* Salesforce Platform Developer II.
