Key Responsibilities:
Operational Excellence
* Develop and implement HR processes and policies aligned with wider group frameworks.
* Lead engagement action planning to foster a high-performance culture.
* Identify opportunities to establish an HR centre of excellence.
* Partner with teams to provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and talent planning.
Strategic HR Initiatives
* Serve as a trusted advisor, driving initiatives on culture, wellbeing, diversity & inclusion, and employee experience.
* Implement strategies for workforce planning, recruitment, and organisational development.
* Leverage HR data to measure and analyse trends, ensuring informed decision-making.
