Job Title: Training Delivery Specialist

Job Description:
Our client is dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer experience across all areas of business, including training. Their Programs & Deployment team is responsible for creating and implementing innovative training programs to enhance customer experiences globally.
As a Training Delivery Specialist based in London, you will play a key role in supporting the deployment and measurement of these scalable training solutions across a diverse region, as well as assisting in the efficient execution of central events.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support face-to-face training events for up to 50 participants, collaborating with the Events team and Managed Service Provider.
* Effectively communicate with stakeholders across 30+ countries to ensure clear, timely updates and coordination.
* Organize and coordinate speakers and event agendas.
* Aid in the planning and execution of event schedules for new learning paths.
* Assist country teams in expanding training content through partner LMS platforms.
* Track and follow up with country teams to monitor training content consumption by partner staff.
* Identify and communicate any barriers to successful training deployment and propose opportunities for improvement.
* Measure training initiatives for cost or time savings.
* Create detailed documentation and playbooks for processes.
Required Competencies:
* Prior experience in training delivery and event management.
* Experience in project or program management.
* High proficiency in MS Excel and Apple Keynote.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
* Proactive, self-starting approach with the ability to work independently.
* Excellent interpersonal abilities, capable of building strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
* Ability to quickly learn and adapt to various systems and tools with minimal supervision.
* Good understanding of working within a multi-language, multi-cultural environment across a large, fragmented region.
* Strong desire to innovate and improve processes continuously.
