Service Desk Supervisor (Scheduler/Planner/Controller)
The Service Desk Supervisor role is available in a professional, market-leading, and well-established business. Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the day-to-day running of the department.
2. Deliver all service activity in line with KPIs and ensure excellent customer delivery is met.

5. Build relationships with key accounts.
6. Main point of escalation for any issues (this will be a main escalation point over weekends).
Minimum Requirements:
1. Leadership/management skills.
2. Experience in a customer-focused role or similar.

4. Attention to detail.
5. Strong communicator.
6. IT literate.
7. Strong focus on customer satisfaction and long-term customer relationship building.
