Duties Assist customers in identifying and sourcing the correct parts for their vehicles or equipment. Maintain an organised inventory of parts and accessories, ensuring accurate stock levels. Communicate effectively with customers via phone and in person, providing clear information and guidance. Process orders and manage customer inquiries efficiently. Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely delivery of parts. Utilise Excel to maintain records and track inventory levels. Provide bilingual or multilingual support when necessary to enhance customer experience. Skills Strong phone etiquette to handle customer calls professionally and courteously. Bilingual or multilingual skills are advantageous for effective communication with diverse clientele. Excellent organisational skills to manage inventory and customer orders efficiently. Proficient in Excel for maintaining records and data analysis. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing. A proactive approach to problem-solving and maintaining high standards of service.
