We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Area Sales Manager. This role will play a key part in the overall growth of the organisation along with helping to maintain our core ethos here at Sysco - keeping the customer at the heart of everything we do.
Key Accountabilities:
Responsible for consistent delivery of sales, profit and volume targets for your assigned area.
Responsible for role modelling and building effective relationships with key customers and stakeholders both internally and externally.
Advocate and drive consistent use of all available system tools.
Maintain and strategically grow the customer base and market share in your assigned area making us the partner of choice for solutions and range.
Be responsive and flexible to your customers' needs.
Develop and implement sales plans for your area in line with our Recipe for Growth strategy.
Delivery off and increasing current and new customer's use of the Sysco Online ordering platform.
Requirements:
An in-depth knowledge of the hospitality, food & catering market.
Strong credit control skills.
Desired 3-5 years field sales experience within the foodservice sales market.
High level of flexibility.
Be a team player with the ability to work on own initiative.
Have a proactive approach to customer needs.
Strong analytical skills and computer literacy.
Use of Salesforce CRM desirable.
Full clean B Driving License.
