Our Customer Service Advisors are an integral part of our business as they assist and manage new bookings in line with company procedures.
Responsibilities & Objectives
* Effectively negotiate prices with customers.
* Receive orders over the telephone and input them into the company computer systems.
* Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers.
* Communicate constantly with Customer Services and New Business Managers to ensure KPI targets are achieved and maintained.
* Work to deadlines and independently when required.
* Communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of staff and clients; a flexible approach is required to cover the on-call rota system.
* Generate leads through research and build a pipeline of potential new business utilizing the company CRM program.
* Contact businesses by telephone to promote products/services and solicit orders accordingly, delivering an adapted sales pitch to meet specific needs and overcome objections.
Qualifications
* IT literate including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Written, oral English, and Mathematics to GCSE standard.
* Excel / PowerPoint presentation skills.
Experience
* Recent experience in a similar role.
* Strong customer service ethic with negotiation and telesales skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Articulate with a confident phone manner.
* Good organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
* Ability to source own leads through research.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
