Key Purpose ofthe Job:
We are seeking adedicated Sales and Account Support to assist our National AccountManager and Sales Executive Manager. In this role you will beinstrumental in providing exceptional support to our sales team andensuring a seamless experience for our clients. You will beresponsible for assisting with various sales processes managingclient relationships and contributing to the overall success of oursales initiatives.
Key JobResponsibilities:
* Providedaytoday administrative and operational support to the NationalAccount Manager and Sales ExecutiveManager.
* Assist with small salesopportunities including responding to client inquiries preparingquotes and following up onleads.
* Support account management bymaintaining client records preparing client reports and ensuringtimely responses to clientneeds.
* Assist in preparing salesdocuments including proposals contracts and service agreementsensuring accuracy andcompliance.
* Attend client meetingswith the account managers and support with meeting notes followupsand document preparation.
* Helpmanage the QuidVis portal ensuring client data is uptodate andsales activity is accuratelytracked.
* When requested preparesales reports and analysis to support the sales and accountmanagement teams in tracking performance and identifyingopportunities.
* Assist with thecoordination of client onboarding processes ensuring a smoothtransition for newclients.
* Collaborate with internalteams to ensure that client expectations are met and services aredeliveredeffectively.

Requirements
EssentialRequirements for theJob:
* Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaisewith clients and internal teamsprofessionally.
* Strongorganisational skills and attention to detail with the ability tomanage multiple tasks anddeadlines.
* Proficiency in MicrosoftOffice (Word Excel PowerPoint) and experience with CRMsystems.
* Ability to workindependently manage priorities and take initiative to support thesales and account managementfunctions.
* Positive attitude with astrong focus on customer service andsupport.
DesirableRequirements for theJob:
* Experiencein a sales support account management or administrative rolepreferably in the fire safety compliance or facilities managementsector.
* Knowledge of fire safetyregulations andcompliance
