If so, this could be the perfect role for you Main duties of the job In order to continue this, we are currently seeking a Cover Store Manager on a 12 month fixed term contract to manage the day-to-day operations of a retail store in the absence or during the cover of the usual Shop Manager. This includes overseeing staff, ensuring high levels of customer service, managing stock levels, and maintaining store presentation and operational standards. The role also involves handling any challenges that arise, such as staff issues, customer queries, and maintaining sales performance. Hours: 37.5 hours on a rota basis 5 out of 7 per week with the need to work weekends.
