The role involves creating and maintaining a diverse menu, ensuring high standards of flavor and presentation. You’ll work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team on food preparation, inventory control, and maintaining kitchen organization. Knowledge of dietary requirements, food safety regulations, and stock management is essential. Strong leadership skills are required to guide and train kitchen staff.
