·Complete questionnaires and forms required by customers and assist with customer queries.
·Monitor and record suppliers’ compliance with EU and UK Food Legislation.
·Quality Assurance: create technical data sheets, safety data sheets and other formal statements.
·Maintain and update our Kosher certification.
·Stay informed about legislation updates, communicate and implement relevant changes.
Skills:
1. Excellent organisation skills and fast reactivity.
2. Great ability to communicate and work as a team with all departments within the company.
3. Good knowledge of current UK/EU Food legislation.
4. Knowledge of flavouring and fragrance legislation.
5. Ability to use regular office software.
6. Commercially minded.
The Regulatory Manager will be responsible to the Managing Director.
The role is full time and could be partly operated from home.
