Experience managing the people change journey for large-scale and complex change initiatives Knowledge of (and experience using) PROSCI/ADKAR change management methodologies and tools Good relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to influence and challenge people of all levels of seniority inclusively The ability to provide actionable, data-driven insights to inform the change management plan As well as some general expectations for the role: Planning Change Develop a Change Strategy and plan for the lifespan of the project. Assessment of the Change scale, conducting a Change Impact Assessment to identify the gap between the current and future states including impact on people and culture. Design and conduct business change readiness assessments at various phases to identify areas of focus for the change plan Determine expertise and resource requirements for successful delivery of the change Programme Build a colleague engagement strategy and plan Executing change Ensure appropriate tracking and measurement plans are in place and are monitored throughout the programme. Engage with communications and training and development experts ensuring insight is shared and informs communications and training plans or lead these activities when appropriate. Develop and deliver these activities as required. Provide insight about the progress of change and recommendations for course correction to the PM. Ensure there is a clear plan for benefits realisation and measurement, and monitor the delivery of this throughout the project Ensure all change related governance activity is completed and assure the quality of submissions to all governance forums.
