Job Title: Community Physiotherapist Banding : Band 6 Location : Crewe Working Hours: Full time & Part time Rate : £25.50 per hour via umbrella company (depending on experience) Duration: 3 months We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Community Physiotherapist to join our team in Crewe. This role is vital in providing high-quality physiotherapy care to patients within the community. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive physiotherapy services, ensuring the best possible outcomes for patients. What will your responsibilities be As a Community Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing physiotherapy treatments for a diverse caseload of patients. Your duties will include conducting thorough assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing ongoing support and rehabilitation. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care and contribute to the overall improvement of community health services.
