Mortgage Administrator / Case Manager
Fully remote
Salary: Up to £28,500
Key Responsibilities:
1. Process and manage mortgage applications from initial submission through to completion.
2. Review and verify all documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
3. Communicate with clients, brokers, lenders, and underwriters to obtain necessary information.
4. Track and update case progress in the CRM, providing timely updates to relevant parties.
5. Resolve issues that may arise during the application process.
6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mortgage products, regulations, and industry practices.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in mortgage administration, case management, or a related field.
2. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
