3. Manage office supplies stock and place orders
4. Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
5. Events coordination
6. Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
7. Support department heads and staff with administrative tasks
8. Meetings and travel scheduling
9. Overseeing of site activity
10. Distribute and store correspondence (e-mails, letters, packages etc.)
The Successful Applicant
A successful Office Administrator should have:
11. A degree or proven track record in Business Administration/Office coordination
12. Completion of/working towards CIPD level free would support your application
13. Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
14. Proven track record in conducting HR practices
15. Proficient in MS Office
16. Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
17. Previous exposure to the manufacturing industry is desirable
18. Strong organisational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
