Here’s a typical day:
* Manage and prioritize customer requests via email, phone, and online channels
* Respond to customer needs, find appropriate solutions, and follow up as needed
* Inform key personnel of customer feedback regarding prices, products, and services
* Maximize sales by suggesting alternative and complementary products
* Collaborate closely with outside sales staff
* Maintain knowledge of product lines and systems
* Negotiate special prices and terms with customers when required
