We are actively recruiting for a 'Sales Support Administrator' to join a global company who have their UK Head office based in Milton Keynes. The position offers remote working for 1 day a week, and the 4 remaining days MUST be office based.
Overall objective:
Provide accurate and on time administrative service and support to the account managers and wider team to deliver a superior customer experience and consistently great service.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Ensure World Class Service for Customers.
2. Providing business support to Key Account Manager(s).
3. Cultivate customer relationships within portfolio of accounts.
4. Prepare and maintain customer accounts, containing all aspects of prices codes and contacts.
5. Preparation of quotes for review by key account managers prior to confirmation to customers.
6. Assist in managing commercial projects in collaboration with key account managers.
7. Customer Presentations - prepare presentations for Technical Department as and when required.
8. Supporting in the business reviews, which happen twice a year.
9. Ensure an efficient service on all aspects of Customer Documentation, Questionnaires, Product Information Documents etc.
10. Customer visit support.
11. Managing multiple competing priorities for yourself and the sales team.
