COUCH Health is a purpose driven creative health engagement agency.
Our clients partner with us to improve the representation of patients on clinical trials so that trial populations reflect those that will ultimately benefit from a treatment.
We are growing, and as such, we’re looking for someone to join our Patient Recruitment Team in a Project Management capacity, at Project Executive level.
At COUCH Health, we contribute to diverse recruitment into clinical trials through development and delivery of patient and HCP focused communications materials across whichever media is most appropriate and accessible to our intended audience: from digital – websites and social media campaigns, through to printed materials, podcasts, and anything in-between.
To contribute to this process, you’ll draw on your own knowledge of the clinical trial recruitment process and retention opportunities and challenges. You’ll utilise your fantastic organisational skills to contribute to the management of targeted creative campaigns, which we deliver on a global basis, often localising materials for 10+ languages.
You’ll be an expert communicator and relationship builder, able to work effectively with internal and external teams in a range of interactions – from engaging Research teams to developing robust Creative briefs through to all aspects of supplier and client management.
Your accuracy, attention to detail, and organisation skills will be at ‘Perfectionist’ level and you’ll already have experience of applying these skills to projects with multiple deliverables.
As our team grows, we’ll help you to too, increasing the scope and influence of your own role. As a small independently owned and growing business, there are enormous opportunities to make an impact and to continue to develop at COUCH.
In your application for this role, please demonstrate:
1. Experience and knowledge of patient recruitment & retention for clinical trials
2. Relevant education in a scientific discipline
3. Experience in managing projects
4. That you are scientifically and commercially astute
We are ideally looking for someone to join us in Manchester, but if you’re further afield and think this is the perfect role for you, please get in touch.
Please note:
We can only accept applications from those eligible to live and work in the UK. We are unable to sponsor visas for this position.
In addition, as part of our due diligence process, we will conduct basic DBS checks on successful candidates. As per the code of practice published under section 122 of the Police Act 1997, we are committed to treating all candidates fairly and are happy to share our Equal Opportunities and Ex-Offender policy on request.
