Do you want to make a positive impact on the lives of children? If so, Simply Education would love to talk to you about Primary School opportunities in Lincoln!
Simply Education is currently working with a number of Primary Schools in Lincoln who are looking for dynamic and resilient teaching assistants! Many of these are for full-time roles and starting January 2025. As a teaching assistant, you will support vulnerable students with a range of different needs, fostering a positive learning environment and promoting academic success. This may involve using techniques such as positive reinforcement, de-escalation strategies, and conflict resolution skills.
3. Providing Emotional Support: Students with SEN needs may require additional emotional support. Teaching assistants should be empathetic listeners and provide encouragement and reassurance to help students cope with challenges and build resilience.
4. Supporting Inclusion: Teaching assistants help promote inclusion by facilitating the participation of students; they may collaborate with teachers to modify activities and assignments to ensure accessibility for all students.
