Job Summary
As an Account Manager at Igma Imaging, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a number of our valued clients. You will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships, understanding client needs, and ensuring the delivery of tailored creative solutions. This role combines strategic account management with a deep understanding of our technology, driving customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and long-term loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key accounts. Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure clear communication and timely resolution of issues.
2. Account Growth & Retention: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional imaging products and services. Proactively manage contract renewals and negotiate terms to benefit both the client and Igma Imaging. Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns promptly to maintain high retention rates.
3. Project Coordination & Delivery: Collaborate with technical, marketing, and operations teams to develop and implement customized imaging and fabrication solutions. Oversee the execution of projects to ensure they meet client expectations, timelines, and quality standards. Prepare and deliver regular status reports and performance updates to clients and management.
4. Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and ensure all client interactions are documented. Prepare forecasts, account reviews, and performance reports for senior management.
Qualifications
1. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in account management or a similar client-facing role, preferably within the large format print and fabrication industry.
2. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and retention targets.
3. Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Sage) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Knowledge and understanding of the Adobe creative suite.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical information clearly and persuasively.
6. Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain trust-based relationships with clients and internal teams.
7. Analytical mindset with the ability to resolve issues efficiently and creatively.
8. Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
